IF INQUIRING ABOUT ORDER STATUS: YOU MUST EMAIL US. We usually respond within a few hours. We do not return phone calls about order status. Please include your order number and we will send tracking promptly. Make sure you whitelist pintailwaterfowl.com and shippingeasy.com in your email. 95% of lost notifications are due to emails going to spam. Tracking numbers are sent directly from easyshipping.com to the email used when ordering. Please check your spam folder before contacting us.
DAMAGED/MISSING ORDERS: PLEASE EMAIL US. Please include name, order number, what was missing/damaged, condition of packaging, and attach pictures if available.
ORDERING BY PHONE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT PHONE ORDERS. As of 1/7/15 all orders must be placed through the website. If you are ordering a large bulk order and need to inquire about bulk discounts, feel free to email us with your needs. These orders cannot be placed on our website.
PHONE CALLS: We have a small staff and very limited time to field phone calls. While we understand some questions cannot be answered without speaking to us, we try and limit calls to the most important ones.
